The Lighthouse at Lincoln is an assisted living facility in Lincoln, Rhode Island. The Lighthouse at Lincoln, serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts, is the area’s premier residence for people with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments.  We are nestled in the woods just off of Route 116 in Lincoln, near the Woonsocket Reservoir and the Eagle Nest Conservation Area.  This quiet, natural setting is a wonderful therapeutic benefit to our residents, creating a perfect backdrop for a healthy and happy lifestyle.
